See Engagement Portraits photographed on Disney’s Boardwalk
Boardwalks make us think of summertime romances and idyllic sunsets, and our recent clients Shannon and Kevin bring that same energy to Disney’s Boardwalk. We met up with this beautiful couple for their engagement photos on the boardwalk.
Disney’s Boardwalk is a Disney locale that doesn’t get the credit and attention it deserves. It has all the magic of Disney with the classically charming aesthetic of a coastal boardwalk stroll. We took advantage of the boardwalk’s look to give Shannon and Kevin lovely engagement portraits that fit their adorable personality as a couple.
Shannon and Kevin are from Maine, so they welcomed the Florida weather with open arms. Shannon is an artist, so it’s no surprise that she and Kevin put together a fantastic, Disney-appropriate look with pastel pink and blue.
We took a few sweet indoor shots and played with some unique lighting that created a nice dramatic look. These two laidback lovebirds were so at home in each other’s arms and were happy to cozy up on a few couches and nooks.
Outside along the boardwalk, we put the quaint beachside look to good use. Some of the boardwalk’s top attractions, like Jellyrolls and Atlantic Dancing, had amazing retro backdrops that were perfect for this truly timeless couple.
Some of our favorite shots were the portraits in front of the lighthouse. Shannon and Kevin looked so natural together and the sun shining behind them is breathtaking. We also played with some fun poses using the boardwalk’s photo booths, with Shannon and Kevin peeking at each other from the doorways. We’re sure this will be a memory that sticks with them as they capture more memories together through the years on all their future adventures.
