Had a fun time photographing the Grand Opening of West Volusia’s only operating microbrewery, Persimmon Hollow Brewing Co.
Andy Sistrunk and Robbie Carelli are home brewers who have decided to make the jump and pursue their dream of opening a brewpub and microbrewery.
The grand opening marks the culmination of years of work by the co-owners.

There was block party to celebrate on W. Georgia Ave. Deland. There was live music, Free-Will BBQ for sale, and cupcakes. And beer. Lots of beer.
Brown Distributing was there pouring beer from some of their beer friends across the state. Coffee by Coffee Roasting Co. Event planning by Courtney Ford Event Design.
